Cancellations and refunds.
Contributions on the support page are voluntary one-time payments. Nothing is sold, shipped or renewed, so there is nothing to cancel.
Refunds
Contributions are non-refundable, except for duplicate or mistaken payments. If that happens, email support@dvss.in within 7 days with the Razorpay payment ID, and the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
Timing
Refunds are issued through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5–7 working days to show a refund.
Contributions made elsewhere
Payments made inside CubeStats or CubeRace follow that product’s own refund policy.
